The 1992 Police Investigation Report to CPS
was a rich source of documents
that Caradon had given police without ever expecting him to see them.

Caradon also witheld documents they should have given police,
but that is another story.

The Chairman of the Planning Committee in 1988 - 1989
was Colin Breed - from 1997-2010 Lib Dem MP for South East Cornwall.

Breed was kept in the dark by the executive officers
that Tim Wilmot was alleging serious criminal offences,
and when he found out,
he wrote an angry letter to Caradon.

The Police evidence file does not contain their reply,
but suffice it to say that Breed has been a willing party
to the concealment of these offences since then.

Breed has consistently been unhelpfull to Tim Wilmot.
