Once again, an extraordinary delay occurs.

The Refusal Notice arrived almost exactly two months
after the Planning Committee Meeting of 06 FEB 89.

Once again, there is no explanation of this extraordinary delay.

Understandably the Refusal Notice came as a shock to Tim Wilmot
as he thought he had a valid consent in force
that had not actually been issued
due to the malice of the Chief Planning Officer.
